| Jeanne, you love and devotion for Mims shines through every word you write. How I wish all of our thoroughbreds could have someone like you to care for them as they grow old. | |||||

| Thank you so much for the video of the 1977 Coaching Club American Oaks. What a great addition to the site, along with the program pages and trophy pictures. A classy mare receiving a classy tribute. | |||||

| I was very sad to hear of 'Mims' passing but was very happy to read about how she had such a good life in her final years. I'm sorry I didn't get to visit her as she was a favorite of mine on the racetrack. I will hope to visit her in May when I make my annual trip to the Derby. Hope that the new marker will be up at Calumet. I just love the photo that I bought on Ebay. RIP old girl-you are certainly missed by us all. Rich | |||||

| Jeanne, God bless you for loving and taking such good care of Our Mims. She was truly a wonderful champion and broodmare. We will all truly miss her. Your touching tributes and pictures brought many tears. But I know she is running and playing in Heaven right now. God forbid I should go to a Heaven where there are no horses. Love and prayers. | |||||

| Jeanne, I am so happy that you loved Our Mims so much and took such good care of her. I wish other retired racehorses could be so lucky. As a teenager, I saw Our Mims as a 2 year old in a race at Belmont Park in 1976, the same day as the Jockey Club Gold Cup. She was very striking in her red Calumet Farm Blanket. God Bless! | |||||

| I just found your website while I was making a donation for the headstone. I was very saddened to hear of her passing in December. Many of my favorites went to that bigger, better pasture in the sky last year. I look forward to visiting Calumet in the future and seeing the beautiful headstone. Bless you for taking such good care of a wonderful and truly deserving mare. | |||||

| Coming from Central Ky. and being a horse lover all my life reading about Our Mims and your stories brought tears to my eyes. I know how you love this horse, I love mine the same way. It's wonderful that you care so much and are honoring her as she should have been. Although illness has taken away my ability to ride I can still hug my horse and I know the pain, and other feelings you feel. | |||||

| I was saddened to hear of the passing of Our Mims. She gave so much to us during her racing career and in her retirement, and I'm truly honored to have the opportunity to give something back and to be a part of keeping her memory alive. God bless you, Mims. RIP. | |||||
